In submitting my request to become a Participating Lawyer of the Gun Trust USA™ ‘Ask a Lawyer’ program, I confirm I am a member of the bar in one or more jurisdictions in good standing with no record of ethical complaints, charges, or violations or professional discipline in these or any jurisdictions undisclosed in my cover letter to Gun Trust USA™.
I also confirm I am competent to provide legal advice in the areas of trusts, firearms, the National Firearms Act, BATFE regulations, and related areas of law. I understand my request does not establish any relationship between Gun Trust USA™ and myself, and that any such relationship would be based on an agreement to be presented to me if I am invited to become a Participating Lawyer.
Thanks to Gun Trust USA™, my kids will inherit my revolver collection without ATF or the court knowing a thing about it.
