Are You Ready for 41F? Gun Trust USA is Designed for the New NFA Rules

Starting July 13 ATF will require additional paperwork for applications to register NFA firearms, such as silencers and short barrel rifles (SBR).  Gun Trust USA offers a cutting edge design so you can minimize the effects of these so-called 41F rules. Additionally our solution will provide you and your successors updated guidance so they are aware of 41F and all the other important considerations for handling NFA firearms safely and legally.

You can beat 41F by using Gun Trust USA™ to create a trust and then submit your application to make or transfer NFA firearms before July 13.  These applications must be post-marked by July 12 at the latest.  To make an NFA firearm, like a short barrel rifle (SBR), you will attach your trust documents to ATF Form 5320.1 (“Form 1”). To transfer an NFA firearm like a silencer or suppressor, your gun dealer (FFL) will prepare ATF Form 5320.4 (“Form 4”) and submit it to ATF for you.  In either case, all you need to do is make sure the submitted ATF form is postmarked on July 12 at the latest. After ATF issues you a tax stamp, you may then transfer or make your NFA firearm.

Starting July 13, your applications to make or transfer NFA firearms must include the new ATF Form 5320.23 (“Form 23”).  Form 23 will require your fingerprints and photographs. It’s like your gun dealer can collect that information conveniently at your local gun shop. The other people who are deemed ‘responsible persons’ in a trust would also need to complete Form 23, BUT only if they are in your trust at the time of the application. Thus Gun Trust USA™ will allow you to easily remove those people from your trust, and then just as easily re-add them after your application. Therefore, our design will minimize the effects of 41F. Beware of out-of-date trust designs or poor quality gun trust forms which do not have the special features offered by Gun Trust USA™.

  1. Thanks for all you do and let’s not forget those responsible for all of this: Jeff “41F” Folloder and his gang of cronies at the NFATCA.

Boycott them and every website related to them!
